WARRANTY VOID CONDITIONS
This Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or defects caused by misuse, accident, abnormal or unusually heavy use, improper packaging or handling, neglect, abuse, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, improper testing, or causes external to the product such as, but not limited to, excessive heat or humidity, power failures, power surges, or acts of God.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
In addition to all other conditions within this Limited Warranty agreement, this Limited Warranty for All About IT hardware products does not cover:
Any product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of:
(A) The use of the product other than for its usual and customary use.
(B) the use of parts or accessories purchased other than directly from All About IT.
(C) any modification or repair of the product by the Customer or any other party other than All About IT.
(D) services performed on any product by any party other than All About IT.
(E) Improper transportation or packaging in the shipment of the product.
(F) The improper installation of third-party products on or in All About IT hardware products.
Under no circumstances will All About IT be responsible for other costs associated with product replacement or repair, such as labor, installation, or other costs incurred by the Customer except as may be specifically agreed to by All About IT in advance in writing.
Repair Terms And Conditions
Please read the information below completely, then fill it out before submitting. I grant permission to All About IT to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release All About IT from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. All About IT is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. After 90 days, I give All About IT, all rights to my equipment if I am unable or unwilling to pay the invoice and collect my device.
